Therapy for Individuals, Couples and Teens in
Long Island City, NY and Throughout New York
welcome
I’m glad you’re here.
If you’ve found your way to this page, chances are something in your life isn’t working the way you envisioned. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that don’t serve you, frequently anxious, or just…tired. Perhaps you’ve been trying to hold it all together, but it’s getting harder to ignore that something needs to change.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with nearly two decades of experience offering therapy for anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships in need of repair and support during pregnancy, postpartum and early motherhood. I work with teens and their families and offer couples counseling all through secure online telehealth sessions in New York state.
If you want a therapist who listens deeply, engages with you, and helps you make real, lasting changes, someone who understands that therapy is a space for healing and for being human...that’s how I work. I bring empathy and insight into the therapy room. I believe in doing the deep work and creating space for true connection.
I am not here to give you a script or fix you—because you’re not broken.
I’m here to partner with you. Whether we’re diving into what’s happening right now, or gently exploring where you’ve been, our work is centered on what you need. I believe therapy can and should be both transformational and down-to-earth.
Above all, working together, we will focus on what matters to you—whether that’s anxiety that’s taking up too much space, relationship issues, or just the sense that something in your life needs to shift. Therapy with me isn’t about endlessly digging through your past (unless that’s helpful for you). It’s about finding ways to feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your life today.

At its core, therapy is an investment in your well-being, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
